We are supporting a technology-driven organization seeking a Sugar CTRM SME to lead functional design, customer engagements, and end-to-end implementations for global clients.
If you have worked on commodity trading systems and understand the full trade lifecycle, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Serve as the domain expert for Sugar procurement, physical contracts, pricing, logistics, and risk.
- Configure and validate CTRM workflows across all stages of the trade lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and global client teams.
- Provide domain insights to enhance product capabilities.
- Drive UAT, training, integration discussions, and go-live.
Qualifications
- 8–20+ years of experience in Sugar trading, procurement, or commodity risk.
- Strong hands-on exposure to any CTRM/ETRM platform.
- Excellent understanding of:
- Pricing structures: futures, basis, differential, premiums.
- Hedging, exposure management, and MTM.
- Logistics, shipping, documentation, and quality workflows.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
